Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for a role as a SEND Tutor with us, you should have:
- UK PGCE or equivalent qualification
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Current DBS check
- Experience or qualifications in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Preference for Level 5 qualification in Dyslexia or Dyscalculia
We welcome applications from acting SENCOs, Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, and other Senior Leadership Team members with experience in supporting children with SEND.
Your Role as a SEND Tutor
As a SEND Tutor, you will:
- Work one-to-one with children facing various learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and autism.
- Design and deliver personalised learning programs to support each child’s progress.
- Collaborate with parents and schools to ensure effective support tailored to individual needs.
